So! The day began in a rush. The time I should leave the
house is 6:50. I received my breakfast at 6:55. It was a delicious egg, bacon
and cheese toast sandwich but I barely tasted it from shoving it down my
chomper. XD Since I get up a lot earlier than my family, I want to see if I can
make breakfast for them. One, because I want to do something nice for them.
Two, I need to get breakfast before 6:40.
More rain! It’s been raining every day for the past week or
so and today was pouring down! No telling when this weather will stop! It just
keeps on coming!
Diddly-do-da-dance and slight whimpering time! Christmas
care package arrived from my parents in America! Tell me, you see a heartfelt
message of “Merry Christmas” in my shoes and you try not to sob a bit. :P Such
overwhelming happiness from the Christmas spirit and loving family. Shout out! BA BA, MA MA, XIE XIE!
EGASP! My
desk buddy is no longer my desk buddy! There was a seat change! No! Desk buddy!
Noooooo! Oh geez, I’ll have to differentiate the two dudes. Desk buddy the
first and the second? Or desk buddy and seat partner? Eh, maybe a name for the
new guy will come to me. :P
But yeah,
seat change put a new dude next to me. Not even one day passed with this new
arrangement and guess what happened? I dropped my pencil and two certain people
tried to retrieve it at the same time. This means I collided heads with my new
seat partner. Poor guy. He was just trying to be a sweetheart and help. Well at
least it wasn’t that painful of a clash. More like a bump. Still…I felt so bad.
I had a head bang on my desk from embarrassment. XD
Desk buddy
the first is behind and to the left of me now. On break I caught a glimpse of
him sleeping sitting upright. He was too cute! Nothing like a sleeping Asian to
make you go “awww!” XD
Surprise at
lunch. Pizza! I think it was a treat from our homeroom teacher. Having some for
everyone a mini feast was had. Though I wish someone would’ve told me about the
pizza before I bought lunch. XD
Since my
laptop isn’t working, I couldn’t do the global news today. Even so, I talked to
the Civics teacher and basically explained I was having a hard time doing it in
general because I can’t find suitable news. None of the news fits the bill set
for me. I THINK she understood and I THINK she is letting me off the hook. I
hope so because the feeling of not having that stress anymore was so relieving.
We’ll have to see if I still need to do it or not. ;)
Last but not
least I had my voice recorded by a classmate. He had written an English speech
but still needed to present it. So he asked if I could read it out loud once
slow and once normal speed. I was happy to help but with my voice still
slightly croaky I didn’t quite like having that as his study material nor in
general a raspy voice recording of me. But hey, I hope it helps him and I’ll do
it ever again if need be.
Nighty night
now! Byes! :)
